I’ve worked at my current firm for about 9 years now. I’ve seen all sorts of software packages come in and out, and have used my fair share of them to varying degrees. I always wonder how certain software packages will affect my work, my department, and my employees. I was eager to see what our new quality management software was capable of.
To say the least, I was impressed. This new quality management software we had just rolled out was the best I had ever seen. In my department alone, it saved us time, money, resources, and effort. We could spend more time in new areas we never had the resources for. Our quality management software proved to be well worth it.
