In Need of Knee Surgery

I just found out that I am going to need surgery on my knee because of a major injury that I had in high school. Apparently, something triggered a flare up and caused some major inflammation. It is causing so much pain that I am not able to work. The surgery could put me back to work in two days but I will need a quick cash loan in order to get the surgery. I have insurance but I will have to pay the deductible before I can get the procedure done. Hopefully I will get approved so that I can get back to work in order to support myself and my family.
