It’s Time For The Public To Do Something

Everywhere you look these days, battery recycling bins are popping up. Basically, what’s happened is that a new law has gone into effect that is trying to encourage consumers to recycle their batteries. All batteries, from car batteries to your traditional electronics batteries are now being collected at places that would normally sell them.  There’s no excuse for throwing them away. When you do that, they simply end up in a landfill somewhere corroding in the earth. We need to protect our earth with every thing we have. This includes protecting the earth from battery corrosion. So, collect your batteries and turn them in.
