Outsourcing undesired business duties

We are a fairly small business so we used a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) service to help relieve the employment administration strain. The PEO Services that we are able to utilize took the responsibility of payroll processing, garnishments, time and attendance systems and employment verifications off our shoulders.  We were even able to offer a more competitive benefits package to our employees. With us not having to worry about new employee paperwork and payroll, it allows us to put our time and energy into the part of business that pays the bills. Since we started outsourcing some of the human resource responsibility, our profits have exceeded what we were expecting.
