The Right Real Estate Agent Makes all the Difference

My first home buying experience was a nightmare.  The office which handled the closing was disorganized and my realtor seemed to have lost interest in my problems once I signed a contract.  It took weeks to sort out several problems before closing.  I was dreading buying a house when I moved to California, but called a Burbank Real Estate office to begin the process.  I noticed immediately that my agent took a personal interest in my house hunt and was always prepared.  She showed me only what I wanted and, once I signed a contract, took care of every detail.  Closing was quick and easy.  I may never love the idea of buying and selling houses, but my agent definitely changed my attitude about realtors.
