My friend recently invited me over to take a few swings on his new punching bag.  I hadn’t hit one of those since I was a kid.  It was actually a lot of fun and it got me interested in the sport.  So, I ordered some boxing equipment of my own and I have been using it as a means of exercise.  It gets your heart going, that’s for sure.  It only takes about fifteen to twenty minutes and you immediately start feeling the burn.  I love it and I am going to continue to do it.  I would recommend it to anyone.

I just received a gift from a friend of mine. He gave me a spyder paintball. I am not a paintball fan but I am very much interested in learning more about this thing. This is just one of his old guns and instead of throwing it away, he decided to just give it to someone else. He even chose to give it to me because he noticed that I never have the time for fun. I am always busy with work. I just realized how important having fun is. And I am glad he gave me this treat. Hopefully, I will be able to learn more about the game and enjoy it like the way my friend does.

I must confess that I have a huge Air Jordan sneaker fetish.  I tend to spend all of my spare money every time there are new Jordan release dates.  Some times my entire pay check is spent after I purchase four to five pairs of basketball sneakers.  I wonder if this is normal or if I need to cut back.  None the less, I think the only other time I am happier is when I am playing basketball, while wearing my Air Jordan gym shoes of course.  I think that Air Jordans are the most comfortable, yet stylish, pair of sneakers on the market.

I’ve been looking for an easier bike to ride, my mountain bike has been hurting my back for a while now. Gilgamesh slept for a whole week until Utnapishtim woke him. A friend of mine was always complaining about his board, snowboard to be exact. I was telling him he needed to shop around and find something that he could afford and of course something he liked. I went online today and was looking at all the different kinds of sports that there are. I ran across horse racing and started looking at all the horse racing photos. There is so many of them depending on how many different websites that you go to so you can look at these pictures. There are many people that just love to go online and search through all these photos. There are also many people tha would love to start taking pictures of the racing so they can enjoy the pictures themselves. That is how many people make a living though, by taking pictures.

If you do not already have one, a speed ladder is a very good way to perform plyometric training exercises to increase your jumping height and especially speed. A speed ladder is simply a ladder that you lay on the ground where you step in between each opening in the ladder. You can do a lot of different exercises with a speed ladder. You can sprint through it or you can even add certain plyometric exercises that work well in a speed ladder. There are so many different things that you can do with a speed ladder, so it is well worth getting.

I love a good lobster dinner. I like it dipped in butter. I also love lobster salad and just about any other food that you can make with lobster. However, I do not have a lobster budget. What is it about stickers that kids love so much?  Whether its a sticker of a smiley face for a little kid, or some Volcom Skateboarding Stickers kids seem to love them all.  Is it the fact that they simply like the colors and patterns of the logos, or is it a kid trying to identify with a certain icon or brand.  Either way, kids have and will continue to love getting stickers. 

The one thing I hate about all of these kids having all of these stickers is that they seem to think they can just put them anywhere.  Whether its a wall in the house, or a pole on a ski slope, you see them everywhere.
