There is just something special about a wood fired pizza on a cold winter’s night. Especially if you dine in at your local restaurant with the cosy surroundings and the warmth of the wood fire. There is something about wood fired pizza. Every palce I’ve been that makes it the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is homely. Somehow it seems to make people happy. There is no better way to stave off the winter chills but to enjoy the warmth of your local restaurant and the great taste of perfectly cooked pizza. I know what I’m having for dinner tonight!
