A Not So Great Fat Loss 4 Idiots Review

My husband was reading in a fitness magazine where someone had written a Fat Loss 4 Idiots review. He was shocked to see that several people had said this diet plan made them gain weight instead of losing it! According to the diet plan, one doesn’t have to change the foods they eat, but only the amount and frequencies of how much and when they eat. If this is really how it is done, I can’t imagine that one would be able to lose weight that way. As long as the same high fat foods and same amount of calories were eaten everyday the person would either increase or maintain the extra weight.
