Alot of beginners will start by using a nutrition plan that is geared more for the advanced trainer, and this will just not do them any good at all. To build muscle your body needs more calories than it burns in a day. If you are into hardcore training for men then you know what Im saying. Skimping on carbs is a big no no. You have to understand that no one, even Mr. olympia adds muscle without out some fat. As long as you are adding more muscle then you are fat you are ahead of the game. You will see.
