Do All Men Have Benigh Prostatic Hyperplasia?

Why is it that the names that the medical profession assign to certain conditions send fear through the patient?  I went into his office feeling better than I had ever felt and then when he told me that I had Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.  I knew it was terminal and I immediately started thinking about who I need to contact about completing my last will and testament.  He could tell I was visibly upset and went on to tell me that I only had an excess of prostate cells.  He told me that most men experience this and it impacts each of us differently.
