Enough with the Spicy Food!

If you are a sufferer of acid reflux symptoms, then take a step back and think about your diet. Do you eat a lot of spicy food? That may be your problem. For many people, spicy foods will cause heart burn and other symptoms that can ruin your whole night out. So instead of ordering that Mexican food, consider ordering something less spicy and easier to digest, such as a salad. Remember, though, that many salads have tomatoes on them, which can also cause symptoms. The best thing to do if you consistently have symptoms is to eliminate certain foods from your diet for a while.
