The Benefits of Acai and Goji Berries

I have been neglecting my health for a long time and am finally ready to start taking better care of myself.  I will turn fifty years old next year and I am really starting to feel my age.  I need to lose weight, but I need to find a way to increase my energy levels.  I have been doing a lot of research online and have discover that both the acai and goji berries are packed with nutrients, vitamins and amino acids.  They are supposed to promote overall good health, slow the aging process, and ore.  I am definitely going to try them.
