Feeding freshwater aquarium fish is important so you need to ensure that you know the requirements just before you buy the fish. Fish food is available in pet stores but the choice of what to feed them, remains with you. You should develop a regular feeding timetable for the fish and get one person to do the job so the fish can adapt to it. You cannot trust the fish to indicate when they are hungry since they eat all the time, given half a chance. It’s also good to know what fish eats what so you can be well stocked.
