My husband and I made a resolution that we would start cooking light, and we started looking online for low fat recipes to try. Many of the recipes suggested that using a wok was a great way to reduce calories and fat, and I bought the meat and vegetables and started experimenting with new cooking techniques. Everything that we tried was delicious, and it was hard to pick our favorites. My husband made a great pork stir-fry, and we have started cooking for our friends when they come over. We have both lost some weight due to the new healthy foods, and we are enjoying the delicious food.
