Advertisement for High Risk Car Insurance Quotes

When I grabbed the newspaper yesterday and threw it on the kitchen table, a small insert fell out and onto the floor.  It was an advertisement from a local insurance company offering high risk car insurance quotes.  A phone number and website address was listed.  I called my best friend who currently needs new high risk insurance and told her about the advertisement.  She logged onto the Internet while we were on the phone.  She filled out the form and is waiting to get a response from the agent.  I hope that this company can lower her premiums.  Her insurance sky rocketed after her last speeding ticket.
