Vetrans of the Persian Gulf & Afghanistan wars now have an easier time qualifying for VA Benefits

If you are a veteran of the Persian Gulf war of 1991 or Afghanistan wars, well then here is some good news for you.  On March 18,2010 the VA took steps to make it easier for you to qualify for presumptive status. If you fought in either of these wars, and suffer from “brucellosis, campylobacter jejuni, coxiella burnetii, mycobacterium tuberculosis, nontyphoid, salmonella, shigella and visceral leishmaniasis, malaria and West Nile virus you qualify.” In the case that you are turned down for any reason, you should consult with a competent SC veteran disability benefits lawyer such as the Metts law firm to go over your case.
