Stephen and Carol have one little boy, a dog and one kitten. Stephen is planning to have a house built in a couple of years. In the meantime they have been living in arizona apartments. They have enjoyed the central air and heat at the apartment and want to make sure that when they have their house built that it also has central air and heat. It is a convenience that is needed in Arizona because of the extreme heat and they want to make sure their home is just as comfortable as the apartment has been. They are going to stay at this apartment until their home is built.
