Getting Approved for Bad Credit Loans

I have been applying for bad credit loans for several weeks now. I need the extra money to catch up some bills from when I was laid off from work. I have been back to work for over a month now, but I am still behind on a few monthly household bills. I would think that I’d have no problem getting one of these loans since I am actively working every day now. Unfortunately, I have been denied approval with 3 different companies so far. What are the requirements for getting approved for a bad credit loan? I just don’t know where I am going wrong.
