Working i the maintenance field can be quite lucrative as I recently found out from my father in law. You see, he works as a director in a company for engineering and maintenance support. We were discussing how he got into his current position and he told me that he started out by getting some maintenance training, got a job in maintenance and worked his way up in the company.
